Refunds
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for online orders or pre-orders. If you’ve placed a pre-order, you will receive your product as promised.
Exchanges

Exchanges can only be made on Ready To Wear Items, NO PRODUCT MARKED AS PREMADE OR PRE ORDER ITEMS CAN BE EXCHANGED. Custom items are not exchangeable/refunded.
- Exchanges + Refund can only be made if you received incorrect item or for sizing.

Exchange Time Frame: 14 days from delivery date
- To request an exchange, email us at info@parmonee.com for confirmation and the correct return address.
- Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.
Important Exchange Notes
- Do not ship items back without confirmation from us.
- Shipping fees for pre-order items are non-refundable as pre-orders ship at the original purchase rate.
