Order Processing & Shipping
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends).
- Next-Day Shipping is available for new releases and restocks marked with "NEXT DAY" shipping in their description.
Pre-Orders
- Pre-ordered items are custom-made and require 1-3 weeks to process before shipping.
Tracking Information
- Tracking numbers and order confirmations are emailed once your order is shipped.
- Domestic orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days via USPS/UPS.
Shipping Carrier Responsibility
- We are not responsible for carrier issues once your package is shipped.
- Please ensure your contact information (email address, name, phone number) and mailing address are CORRECT prior to placing your order. *We understand new releases are exciting and checking out quickly guarantees you can successfully place your order however, if for some reason something is incorrect please email info@parmonee.com within 24 hours for correction.

- USPS/UPS: Claim and locate packages directly with the carrier.
Returned Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to refusal or an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
